PELADN has announced the HO5, a new Mini PC built around AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor. The system targets users looking for a compact desktop capable of handling AI workloads, content creation, software development, and gaming while offering features typically found in larger desktop systems.
The Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 is part of AMD’s Ryzen AI 400 family and uses the Zen 5 architecture. The processor features 12 cores and 24 threads, paired with Radeon 890M integrated graphics featuring 16 Compute Units. AMD’s AI engine also delivers up to 80 TOPS of AI computing performance, making the platform suitable for local AI processing and AI-assisted applications.

PELADN says the HO5 is designed for a range of professional workloads and productivity tasks. The company also highlights gaming as an important use case thanks to the combination of the Ryzen AI processor and the Radeon 890M integrated GPU.
Key specifications and features include:
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor (12 cores, 24 threads)
- Radeon 890M integrated graphics with 16 Compute Units
- Up to 80 TOPS of AI computing performance
- Up to 32GB DDR5 memory
- Up to 1TB PCIe SSD storage
- Additional PCIe Gen4 M.2 storage slot
- OCuLink port for external GPU connectivity
- USB4 connectivity
- Dual 2.5GbE LAN ports
- Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support
The inclusion of an OCuLink port is particularly notable in the Mini PC segment. It allows users to connect an external graphics card, providing an upgrade path for gaming or GPU-accelerated workloads that exceed the capabilities of the integrated Radeon 890M graphics.

Design-wise, the HO5 features a compact chassis with RGB lighting integrated into the top panel. Ventilation openings are positioned along the sides and rear to improve airflow.
PELADN is using its IceBlast 2.0 cooling system in the HO5. The thermal design includes triple copper heat pipes, a multi-blade fan, and a high-density heatsink assembly intended to maintain performance during sustained workloads.
The company has set the launch price at $1,299 and plans to begin availability in late June 2026. The HO5 enters a growing market of premium Mini PCs that combine AI-focused processors, modern connectivity, and compact designs aimed at both productivity and gaming users.
