AULA Launches Tarantula AG75 Keyboard Series with Magnetic Switches and 8K Polling

AULA has introduced its Tarantula AG75 keyboard series, adding a new set of magnetic switch-based options to its gaming peripheral lineup. The series includes three models—Standard, Pro, and Ultra—all built around a wired, single-mode design aimed at users prioritizing consistent performance and low input latency.

The AG75 lineup focuses on adjustable typing dynamics through what AULA refers to as a dual-engine instant switching system. This feature allows users to change the key feel between a softer, more cushioned response and a firmer actuation profile. The adjustment is designed to be quick, making it suitable for players who switch between different types of games or workloads that benefit from varied input feedback.

In terms of construction, the keyboard integrates a carbon fiber positioning plate, paired with a quick-release ball joint mechanism. AULA has also included a six-layer internal sound-dampening structure to manage keystroke noise and improve overall acoustics during use. The keyboard further utilizes a dedicated satellite stabilizer system, intended to provide consistent keypress behavior across larger keys, especially when paired with high-precision magnetic switches.

Performance specifications place the Tarantula AG75 in the high-refresh category, with an 8,000 Hz polling rate. The keyboard also supports Rapid Trigger functionality, offering an adjustable actuation range between 0.001 mm and 3.4 mm. AULA states that the trigger precision can reach up to 0.0001 mm, allowing users to fine-tune sensitivity based on their preferences. These features are typically associated with competitive gaming setups where fast response and precise control are critical.

While the Standard, Pro, and Ultra models share the same core platform, AULA has differentiated them through internal components and feature sets. The higher-tier variants are expected to include additional customization options, refinements in build materials, and potentially expanded tuning capabilities, although full specifications vary by model.

The Tarantula AG75 series enters a segment that continues to grow as magnetic switch keyboards gain wider adoption among gaming audiences. By focusing on adjustability, polling rate, and consistent wired performance, AULA is positioning the AG75 lineup as a practical option for users seeking responsive input devices without relying on wireless features.
