MANGMI has announced the Pocket Max, a new Android gaming handheld powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 processor. The company confirmed the device will go on sale starting February 5, 2026, with a Super Early Bird price of $199 available until February 12. After the promotional period, the retail price will increase to $219.

The Pocket Max is equipped with the Snapdragon 865 chipset and Adreno 650 GPU, a combination previously used in flagship smartphones. The hardware is designed to handle Android games, cloud gaming services, and emulation. Compared to the earlier MANGMI AIR X, the new model introduces upgrades in display technology, battery capacity, and control hardware.

The device features a 7-inch OLED display with a 1920 × 1080 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. MANGMI specifies a 100,000:1 contrast ratio, 150% sRGB color gamut coverage, and peak brightness reaching up to 800 nits, alongside a rated 2 ms response time. Moving from the 5.5-inch IPS panel used on the AIR X to a larger OLED screen represents a clear shift in the product’s display approach and overall positioning.

The Pocket Max also introduces a magnetic modular button system with mechanical micro-switch modules. The analog sticks use TMR technology, while the triggers rely on Hall Effect sensors for analog input accuracy.

An 8,000mAh battery powers the device, with support for 27W fast charging. It runs Android with the company’s M SPACE 2.0 interface. The Pocket Max will be available globally following its February 5 release.
