AOOSTAR has officially announced the TI95X3D, marking the company’s first motherboard designed in the ITX form factor. The new model is based on the MoDT, or Mobile on Desktop, platform and integrates an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor directly onto the board. By using a soldered processor design, AOOSTAR is aiming to deliver high performance in compact systems without the need for a traditional desktop CPU socket.
The TI95X3D features an 8-phase power delivery system supported by a single EPS 8-pin power connector. This configuration is designed to provide stable power to the onboard processor while maintaining a compact layout suitable for small enclosures. The Ryzen 9 9955HX3D comes pre-installed and is paired with a vapor chamber cooling solution. According to AOOSTAR, the cooling setup allows the processor to reach up to 135W during turbo operation. Metal heatsinks are used across the CPU area, power components, and storage zones to help manage heat in confined spaces.
Memory support includes two DDR5 UDIMM slots with speeds up to 5600MT/s. This allows users to install standard desktop DDR5 memory, which can be easier to upgrade over time. Despite the limited number of slots typical of ITX boards, the configuration still supports dual-channel memory operation.

For expansion and storage, the TI95X3D offers one full-length PCIe 5.0 x8 slot. This slot can be used for graphics cards or other high-bandwidth expansion devices. Storage options include two M.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 slots for NVMe solid-state drives, along with four SATA ports for additional storage devices. The M.2 slots are covered by a dedicated heatsink, and AOOSTAR describes the layout as using dual-zone independent cooling to separate CPU and storage thermal loads.
Networking is a key feature of the TI95X3D. The rear I/O panel includes two 10GbE SFP+ optical ports, which are uncommon on ITX motherboards and suggest support for advanced networking or server-related use cases. In addition to wired networking, the board includes a Wi-Fi 6 wireless network card.
The rear I/O also provides four USB-A ports, one full-function USB-C port, one HDMI port, and one DisplayPort output, supporting a range of peripherals and display configurations. Audio connectivity is handled through three standard audio jacks.
With its combination of a high-end onboard processor, PCIe 5.0 support, and advanced networking options, the AOOSTAR TI95X3D is positioned for compact workstations, home servers, and other small form factor systems. AOOSTAR has not yet shared pricing or availability details for the new motherboard.
