Ugreen has added a new model to its NASync series, the DH4300 Plus, which appeared on its website late last week. The device follows an earlier advertisement that featured a picture of the unit but no details at the time. With the product page now live, the DH4300 Plus is confirmed as a 4-bay NAS built around Rockchip’s RK3588C processor.

The RK3588C is an octa-core chip that combines four Cortex-A76 cores running at up to 2.4 GHz with four Cortex-A55 cores for less demanding tasks. It is not the most advanced processor on the market, but it is designed to handle common NAS workloads, including file storage, media streaming, and light server applications. Ugreen has paired the chip with 8 GB of LPDDR4X memory and 32 GB of eMMC storage for the system software.
This model supports up to four 3.5-inch SATA drives with individual capacities of up to 30 TB. However, it does not include M.2 NVMe slots, even though the processor could support them in theory. For networking, the DH4300 Plus offers a single 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port. Connectivity options include one USB-C and two USB-A ports, all rated at USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds (5 Gbps). The system also features an HDMI port that supports 4K output at 60 frames per second, which may allow for direct media playback when connected to a display.

The unit has a top-loading drive bay design that differs from the front-loading layouts seen in most NAS devices. This approach gives the DH4300 Plus a more compact look and could be easier to manage in certain setups. Alongside this model, Ugreen is also preparing a smaller 2-bay variant called the DH3200, which is based on the same hardware platform.
Ugreen lists the DH4300 Plus at $430/€430, but it is currently available at a discounted price of $344/€344 on its official site. Orders placed now are scheduled to ship starting July 25.
