UGREEN Launches NASync DH2300: An Entry-Level NAS for Home and Small Business Users

UGREEN has announced the NASync DH2300, a 2-bay network-attached storage device designed to simplify data storage and backup for general users. Alongside the 4-bay NASync DH4300 Plus, the new model is part of UGREEN’s push to make NAS systems accessible for home and small office environments.

The NASync DH2300 supports up to 60TB of total storage, with 30TB per drive. It is designed to handle large data libraries, such as videos, photos, and work documents. The device serves as a central storage hub, reducing reliance on multiple external drives or cloud subscriptions. The DH2300 also supports a wide range of NAS hard drives, allowing users to build their system using readily available components. The device runs on UGREEN’s UGOS Pro operating system, which helps users complete setup through a guided on-screen process. Installation, drive setup, and network connection can be done within minutes.

UGREEN provides a dedicated mobile app that brings together features such as file access, automatic photo backup, and media streaming. Users can manage their NAS and access content directly through their smartphones. The DH2300 also includes NFC connectivity, allowing a smartphone to link to the NAS with a simple tap. This eliminates manual network setup steps and speeds up the connection process.

UGREEN has equipped the DH2300 with multiple security measures to protect stored data. The device supports encryption protocols including TLS/SSL, RSA, and AES, and offers two-factor authentication. It has also received TÜV and TRUSTe certifications, confirming compliance with global safety and privacy standards.

All data is stored locally on the device, ensuring user control over sensitive information. The local account mode restricts access to the internal network, and the built-in File Vault allows private file storage. The NASync DH2300 includes a 4K 60Hz HDMI output, enabling direct playback of media content on a TV or monitor without additional hardware. It supports several RAID configurations—JBOD, Basic, 0, and 1—offering flexibility between storage space and redundancy.

The UGREEN NASync DH2300 (2-Bay SATA) is priced at $209.99, while the UGREEN NASync DH4300 Plus (4-Bay SATA) is available for $429.99. Both models can be purchased through Amazon.com, UGREEN.com, and authorized retailers across the United States. With the NASync DH2300, UGREEN aims to make local network storage easier to set up, secure, and maintain for users seeking reliable data management solutions at home or in small offices.
