SilverStone has introduced the FLP02, a full-tower PC Case that combines a retro-inspired look with support for modern high-end hardware. The launch follows the company’s earlier release of the FLP01 HTPC case in January, which carried the same nostalgic design language.

The FLP02 comes in a beige finish that recalls desktop systems of the 1990s, complete with 5.25-inch bay covers styled to resemble floppy disks. While the appearance may bring back memories of older PCs, the internal design is intended for today’s hardware. The chassis supports graphics cards up to 386 mm in length, making it suitable for upcoming flagship GPUs such as the GeForce RTX 5090, provided the front drive cage is removed.

Cooling support is another key aspect of the case. Users can install a 360 mm radiator on the top panel, while the rear accommodates either a 120 mm or 140 mm radiator. Air coolers are also supported, with clearance for units as tall as 182 mm. The PSU compartment allows for power supplies up to 250 mm in length, offering flexibility for high-wattage models required in demanding builds.

The motherboard tray supports a wide range of form factors, from Mini-ITX to SSI-CEB, and the expansion system provides seven standard slots plus two additional ones. For storage, the FLP02 includes three external 5.25-inch bays and multiple internal mounting options for modern drives.

The FLP02 includes a front-mounted Turbo button that, when activated, drives all connected PWM fans to their maximum speed for immediate cooling. An integrated display provides real-time fan duty cycle readings, while users can also configure fan curves through motherboard software for temperature-based adjustments. To further improve system security, SilverStone has incorporated a lock mechanism for the power and reset buttons.
Front I/O connectivity consists of one USB Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, and a combo audio jack. With dimensions of 232 x 494 x 472 mm and a weight of 9.79 kg, the case provides enough space for high-performance builds while retaining a compact footprint for a full-tower design.
At the time of announcement, SilverStone had not disclosed pricing or availability details for the FLP02. However, the case adds another option to the company’s lineup, targeting users who want a nostalgic aesthetic combined with the ability to house today’s most powerful hardware.
