Silicon Power has announced the WP10, a new magnetic wireless power bank designed for smartphones and other portable devices. The WP10 combines a 10,000mAh battery with support for multiple charging methods, including wireless, USB-C, and USB-A outputs.
The WP10 offers wireless charging of up to 15 W for devices that support the Qi standard. For wired connections, the USB-C port supports 20 W Power Delivery (PD) output and 18 W input, allowing fast recharging of the power bank itself. The USB-A port delivers up to 18 W with Quick Charge (QC) support. These features allow users to charge up to three devices at the same time using all three ports.
The power bank features a magnetic snap-on system designed for MagSafe-compatible iPhones, starting from the iPhone 12 series. The magnets have a strength of 10N, providing a secure hold during charging. This helps maintain alignment and consistent charging performance even when the phone is in use.
In addition to its charging capabilities, the WP10 includes a foldable kickstand that enables hands-free use of a phone while it is charging. The compact size of the power bank makes it suitable for carrying in a bag or pocket. An LED indicator displays the current battery level and lights up blue during wireless charging.
The WP10 is compatible with a range of devices beyond iPhones. It supports charging for AirPods, Google Pixel Watch, Samsung Galaxy models, and other Qi-enabled products, even if they do not use MagSafe. The power bank is available in four color options, allowing users to select a style that fits their preferences.
With the introduction of the WP10, Silicon Power adds another option to its portable charging lineup, aiming to meet the needs of users who require fast, versatile charging solutions for multiple devices.
