REALFORCE has officially unveiled a new collaboration with the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise, bringing four specially designed keyboards to the market. Announced during the Tokyo Game Show 2025, the keyboards are based on the company’s GX1 platform. They are themed around iconic mobile suits from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack.
The collaboration includes designs inspired by the Zeta Gundam, Hyaku-Shiki, V Gundam, and Sazabi. Each version features a color scheme reflecting the aesthetics of its respective mobile suit. To enhance the collector appeal, the keyboards are packaged with exclusive illustrations and come bundled with an aluminum palm rest engraved with the pilot linked to the design.

All four models are built upon the REALFORCE GX1 gaming keyboard. They utilize Topre capacitive switches, known for precision and durability, with a lifespan exceeding 100 million keystrokes. The switches provide a total travel distance of 4.0 mm and an actuation force of 45 gf.
The keyboards are equipped with PBT keycaps, manufactured through a thermal sublimation two-color molding process. This ensures resistance to wear and long-term use while maintaining clear legends on the keys. Two layout options are available: the Japanese version with 91 keys and the English version with 87 keys.

Beyond technical features, the collaboration places strong emphasis on presentation and theme integration. The Zeta Gundam and Hyaku-Shiki models highlight designs from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, while the V Gundam and Sazabi keyboards represent characters and machines from Char’s Counterattack. Each keyboard offers collectors not only a functional product but also a piece that reflects the Gundam universe.
The special packaging and palm rest add to the uniqueness of this release. The engraved aluminum palm rests provide additional comfort for extended gaming or typing sessions while also serving as a collectible accessory.

REALFORCE confirmed that pre-orders for the Gundam GX1 keyboards will begin in late December 2025. The official launch is scheduled for late March 2026, allowing fans and users to secure their units in advance. Pricing details have not yet been announced.
With this release, REALFORCE continues its tradition of combining premium keyboard engineering with cultural collaborations, offering a product that appeals to both gaming enthusiasts and Gundam collectors.
