At the 2025 Taipei International Computer Show, NZXT introduced several new products and updates across its chassis and cooling product lines. The launch includes two new PC Cases—H9 Flow and H3 Flow—along with a refreshed Kraken Plus all-in-one liquid cooler. These additions continue NZXT’s focus on clean design and enhanced thermal performance, while also adding support for evolving hardware trends like rear-plug motherboards.
New Chassis: H9 Flow Series and H3 Flow

The H9 Flow series marks NZXT’s entry into the high-airflow dual-chamber mid-tower category with a right-angle “panoramic” glass layout. It builds on the aesthetic direction set by the H6 Flow, keeping the front-right corner fan mount but expanding support for larger components. The H9 Flow is capable of housing 420mm radiators on both the front and top panels, offering extensive flexibility for custom liquid cooling or high-performance AIO setups.

NZXT is also introducing the H3 Flow, a compact micro-ATX case aimed at users who want the cooling benefits of larger cases in a smaller footprint. The H3 Flow continues the mesh power supply shroud design from the H5 Flow, which improves airflow from the bottom intake fan. It supports full-length graphics cards and front-mounted radiators up to 280mm, making it suitable for modern gaming or productivity builds that require strong thermal performance.
Both the H9 Flow and H3 Flow are designed with rear-plug motherboard compatibility in mind. This layout change, which is becoming more common in new motherboard designs, helps reduce visible cable clutter and simplifies cable management.
AIO Cooling: Kraken Plus and Updated Kraken Elite
NZXT also unveiled the Kraken Plus, a successor to its 2023 Kraken AIO liquid cooler lineup. The Kraken Plus features the company’s latest high-performance turbo pump and a 1.54-inch square LCD display on the pump head. According to NZXT, this new cooling system delivers a thermal performance increase of over 4% compared to its predecessor.

The Kraken Plus is available in both matte and RGB versions. The RGB model includes an integrated exhaust fan, similar to the one found in the Kraken Elite (2024), enhancing airflow around the socket area. The design aims to balance aesthetics with performance, especially for users looking to build systems with visual and thermal balance.

In addition, NZXT introduced a new 420mm variant of the Kraken Elite RGB cooler, which comes paired with the company’s new F420 RGB Core fans. These fans are also factory-installed in the H9 Flow RGB and H9 Flow RGB+ models, aligning the case and cooling product lines for a more cohesive ecosystem.
Summary
With these new product announcements, NZXT is expanding its offerings to better serve a wider range of PC builders. The H9 and H3 Flow cases bring more choices for airflow-focused and compact systems, while the Kraken Plus and expanded Kraken Elite series offer improvements in liquid cooling performance and visual customization. The inclusion of rear-plug motherboard support across the new chassis further aligns NZXT’s products with emerging trends in motherboard design.
