MAXSUN has announced the launch of four new motherboards based on AMD’s B850 chipset, aiming to strengthen its position in the mid-range desktop market. The company revealed the lineup yesterday, confirming availability timelines and highlighting design elements that align with the B850 platform’s capabilities.

The new motherboards include the MS-Terminator B850BKB WIFI, which MAXSUN refers to as the “first BKB motherboard terminator,” the iCraft B850 AIGA, which marks the company’s first ATX design under the B850 chipset, and two additional models that target different usage scenarios. All four are equipped with a new version of MAXSUN’s graphical BIOS, intended to improve system tuning and configuration compared to earlier designs.
The MS-Terminator B850BKB WIFI is expected to reach the market by the end of this month, positioning it as the first release from the new series. MAXSUN confirmed that the remaining three boards will follow before the “Double Eleven” shopping festival in November, a period that traditionally drives strong PC hardware sales in China.

AMD’s B850 chipset was introduced as part of the company’s platform update to support its latest generation of processors. Positioned between entry-level and enthusiast-focused solutions, B850 is designed to deliver a balanced mix of performance, connectivity, and efficiency. Motherboard vendors have begun adopting the chipset to provide options for mainstream users and system builders who want updated features without moving into higher-priced segments.
MAXSUN emphasized that the new lineup “fully utilizes” the functions of the B850 platform. While detailed specifications for each model were not disclosed during the announcement, the company indicated that the boards will feature updated power delivery designs, expanded storage support, and networking options that reflect current market demand. The inclusion of a refreshed BIOS interface also suggests a focus on improving usability for both experienced builders and new users.
The iCraft B850 AIGA is of particular note, as it represents MAXSUN’s first ATX motherboard on this chipset, signaling an expansion into larger form factors where multi-GPU setups, additional PCIe slots, and higher memory configurations are more common. Meanwhile, the B850BKB WIFI model integrates wireless networking, addressing the increasing demand for motherboards with built-in connectivity rather than relying solely on wired solutions.
By aligning the launch with the lead-up to Double Eleven, MAXSUN appears to be positioning these products for visibility during one of the most competitive sales windows of the year. The staggered release schedule ensures that the company has hardware available both immediately and during the peak shopping season.
With the addition of the B850 series, MAXSUN continues to diversify its offerings while supporting AMD’s latest platform. More details on specifications, pricing, and regional availability are expected closer to the official release dates.
