Lian Li Introduces the Lancool 207 ATX Mid-Tower Case

October 3, 2024

Lian Li has officially introduced the Lancool 207, an ATX mid-tower case with compact dimensions comparable to that of a typical Micro-ATX tower. The case is designed to maximize space efficiency without sacrificing the capability to house an ATX setup. Its design features a thinner bottom half, except for a section at the front that accommodates a standard-size power supply unit (PSU). Power is routed from the rear AC receptacle to the PSU using an internal 3-core cable.

The internal layout of the Lancool 207 is optimized to save space, with the motherboard tray slightly recessed compared to the front section of the case. This design choice allows for improved cable management, although it limits the ATX motherboard width to 244 mm. The front section also includes cutouts specifically designed for side-facing I/O connections like SATA ports. The overall dimensions of the case measure 450 mm in height, 455.6 mm in depth, and 219 mm in width, with a total internal volume of around 45.5 liters, making it a compact option for an ATX mid-tower.

Despite its small size, the Lancool 207 offers significant component clearance. It can accommodate graphics cards up to 37.5 cm in length, with space for a radiator and fans up to 25 mm thick, which would reduce clearance by 55 mm but still leave approximately 32 cm for the GPU. The case is equipped with multiple fan mounts for optimal airflow, including two 140 mm front intakes that come pre-installed with a pair of RGB-illuminated 140 mm fans rated at 109 CFM.

Additional cooling options include space for either three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans at the top, two 120 mm fans above the bottom partition, and a 120 mm rear exhaust. The bottom partition fans also come pre-installed, offering airflow rated at 71 CFM each.

The Lian Li Lancool 207 is available in both black and white color options. Lian Li has not yet disclosed the pricing for the case.
