JONSBO has officially launched its new N6 NAS PC chassis on its website, offering a two-compartment layout that separates storage from computing components. The lower compartment houses nine 3.5-inch SATA/SAS hard drive bays, while the upper section is compatible with M-ATX motherboards, allowing the chassis to serve as a NAS system, personal PC platform, workstation, or small server.
The N6 chassis measures 305×353×318 mm and features a wooden veneer panel on the front that separates the upper and lower sections. This design provides a clear distinction between storage and system components while maintaining airflow efficiency. On the front panel, users will find one USB-C 10Gbps port, one USB-A 5Gbps port, a 2-in-1 audio jack, nine hard drive status indicators, and a three-speed fan controller for adjusting system cooling.

The lower compartment includes a server-grade hot-swappable hard drive backplate, equipped with gold-plated SAS interfaces and four power connectors that support both dual SATA and dual PATA setups. Two 12025 dual ball bearing fans are mounted at the rear of the compartment to assist with hard drive cooling. This setup ensures reliable performance for both storage-intensive applications and general system use.
In the upper compartment, the N6 chassis supports graphics cards up to 320mm in length and features four expansion slots. Users can install up to seven fans in this section, and the front panel can accommodate a 240mm radiator for water cooling solutions. The layout is designed to offer flexibility for various build configurations, whether for gaming, content creation, or workstation purposes.
Power supply support is also versatile, with three mounting positions—front top, rear top, and rear bottom. The chassis can accommodate dual power supply configurations, providing additional reliability for high-demand systems.

JONSBO’s N6 chassis combines modular storage capabilities, flexible cooling options, and support for standard M-ATX components, making it suitable for users seeking a versatile system. With its hot-swappable drives, dual-compartment design, and multiple power supply options, the N6 is positioned to meet the needs of NAS enthusiasts, personal computing users, and small-scale server operators alike.
The chassis is now available on JONSBO’s official website, with full specifications and compatibility details listed for prospective buyers.
