GAMDIAS has announced the release of its latest mid-tower chassis, the ATHENA P3. Designed for PC enthusiasts and gamers, the PC Case emphasizes airflow, hardware support, and ease of use. This new addition continues the ATHENA series’ focus on combining practical design with modern aesthetics.
The ATHENA P3 uses a mesh-heavy front panel, paired with dual solid bar accents that add structure to the layout. According to GAMDIAS, the goal was to ensure optimal airflow without compromising the appearance or internal accessibility of the case. A major design improvement is the inclusion of a “gap-bridging” bracket. This component helps reduce airflow leakage between the front mesh and the installed fans, directing more air into the case’s interior components.
Out of the box, the chassis comes with four 140 mm PWM ARGB fans—three positioned at the front and one at the rear. This setup aims to create a balanced airflow profile suitable for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems. A pre-installed 8-port PWM ARGB hub manages fan speed and lighting synchronization through motherboard software or a dedicated LED button on the I/O panel.
GAMDIAS has also paid attention to connectivity and hardware accommodation. The top I/O panel includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, audio jacks, and the aforementioned LED control button. Internally, the ATHENA P3 can support E-ATX motherboards, large GPUs up to 430 mm in length, and power supplies up to 220 mm. Radiator support includes up to 420 mm in the front and 360 mm on the top, allowing for dual-radiator setups.
The chassis also allows for flexible fan placement. In addition to the four pre-installed fans, users can install three additional 120 mm or 140 mm fans on the top panel and two more at the bottom, giving builders various thermal layout options. Magnetic dust filters at the top and bottom provide added protection and ease of maintenance.
Another practical feature is the inclusion of a tool-free, tempered glass side panel. It allows a clear view of the system’s interior while simplifying access during assembly or upgrades. The ATHENA P3 also accommodates connector-hidden motherboards, offering cleaner cable management and improved overall appearance.
The GAMDIAS ATHENA P3 is positioned as a mid-tower case for those looking to balance cooling capability with component flexibility. With its focus on airflow, fan control, and compatibility with high-end hardware, it is aimed at users building performance-oriented gaming PCs or workstations.
