ECS Launches Liva Z Series Mini PCs at CES 2026 with Intel and AMD Options

ECS (Elitegroup Computer Systems) has unveiled its new Liva Z series mini PCs at CES 2026, offering a range of compact computing solutions for both home and office environments. The series features options powered by Intel Twin Lake and AMD Hawk Point processors, providing flexibility for users with varying performance requirements. ECS is targeting both entry-level users and professionals seeking space-saving systems without compromising essential features.

The Liva Z4 serves as the entry-level model in the series. It is equipped with an Intel N150 processor, featuring four cores and four threads, capable of handling basic tasks such as web browsing, office applications, and point-of-sale systems. The device includes a single SO-DIMM slot supporting up to 16GB of DDR4-2666 memory and one M.2 2280 SSD slot. Despite its compact 0.33-liter chassis, the mini PC provides a full set of connectivity options, including two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, and Wi-Fi 5.

The Liva Z4F is slightly larger at 0.7 liters and offers more performance-focused options. It supports an Intel Core 3 N355 processor with up to eight cores. Memory is expandable via a single DDR5 SO-DIMM slot, and storage is supported through one M.2 2280 SSD slot. The model also supports Wi-Fi 6E, offering faster wireless connectivity and improved network performance for multitasking environments.

For users who prefer AMD-based systems, the Liva Z6 Plus provides an AMD Ryzen 7 H 255 processor with eight cores and sixteen threads. This 0.6-liter mini PC supports two SO-DIMM DDR5 slots, one M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 SSD slot, and an M.2 2230 network card slot. Its specifications make it suitable for more demanding office workloads while maintaining a compact form factor.

With the Liva Z series, ECS emphasizes compact design, modern connectivity, and flexible hardware options. These mini PCs are positioned as versatile solutions for small office setups, home use, and scenarios where desk space is limited. ECS has confirmed that the Liva Z series will be available in the first quarter of 2026, with further details on pricing and regional availability expected soon.
