DEEPCOOL has announced the launch of its latest full-tower PC Case, the GENOME III. This is the company’s first “liquid cooling chassis” release in recent years and marks a significant step forward from its previous GENOME II model. The GENOME III features a pre-installed 420mm liquid cooling system, a visible front-mounted reservoir, and a 5.5-inch LCD display, aiming to simplify high-performance system builds while offering modern customization options.
The GENOME III retains DEEPCOOL’s distinct design language, drawing inspiration from the structure of biological genomes. The chassis combines futuristic aesthetics with practical functionality, integrating ARGB lighting effects and a reservoir that not only regulates coolant pressure but also allows for easy replenishment. The lighting and the visible flow of coolant are designed to enhance visual feedback during system operation.
The liquid cooling system built into the GENOME III uses DEEPCOOL’s sixth-generation pump technology, along with a concealed piping layout to maintain a clean and organized interior. Cooling performance is supported by a 420mm radiator paired with a single-frame PWM ARGB fan assembly. This configuration is intended to provide efficient thermal management for high-end components without requiring additional installation steps from the user.
The 5.5-inch LCD display sits on the PSU shroud and is clearly visible through the left-side tempered glass panel. It shows real-time system information like CPU temperatures, fan speeds, and other hardware data. Users can also upload custom content, adding a personal touch to their setup.
The chassis itself supports E-ATX and SSI-CEB motherboards and includes nine expansion slots. It is also compatible with back-insertion motherboard designs. The front I/O panel is placed along the edge between the front and left side panels, offering four USB-A 5Gbps ports, one USB-C 10Gbps port, and a combined audio jack for added convenience.
DEEPCOOL is offering the GENOME III in both black and white color options. The official price for the new liquid-cooled case is set at 2,499 yuan (~$348.76) in China. Availability in other regions is expected to be announced later.
