Battlefield 6 PC Requirements and Features Confirmed by EA

Electronic Arts and Battlefield Studios have confirmed the full PC specifications for Battlefield 6, along with details about features designed to make use of modern gaming hardware. The information was posted on the official blog, giving players a clear picture of what to expect ahead of the game’s release on October 10, 2025.

Battlefield 6 has been developed to provide an expanded experience on PC, including support for 4K resolution and uncapped frame rates. The game will also run on ultrawide displays with 21:9 and 32:9 aspect ratios, offering broader field-of-view options for players. According to the developers, there are over 600 customization settings available at launch, covering HDR, HUD scaling, and graphics options tailored to different system capabilities.

The game also includes upscaling support for NVIDIA DLSS, Intel XeSS, and AMD FSR, alongside features such as frame generation, advanced anti-aliasing, and latency reduction. These settings are aimed at improving both performance and visual quality across a wide range of hardware configurations.

EA confirmed the use of a new proprietary system called Javelin Anti-Cheat, which has been developed internally to safeguard against cheating in competitive play. Unlike general-purpose systems, Javelin is tailored for first-person shooters, with unique modifications to address exploits that are common in large-scale online matches. EA said the system is supported by dedicated engineers and analysts who will continue to release targeted updates after launch.
