ZHITAI, the consumer memory brand owned by YMTC, has announced a global partnership with Phantom Blade Zero, bringing the upcoming action game to PC hardware through a special collaboration gift box featuring the TiPlus9100 PCIe 5.0 SSD and exclusive themed accessories. The partnership uses the slogan “Unleash Your Edge,” connecting the game’s martial arts-inspired setting with ZHITAI’s focus on high-performance storage.
Phantom Blade Zero has attracted attention for its Kungfu-punk aesthetic, fast-paced combat, and dark wuxia-inspired world. The collaboration takes inspiration from the protagonist, Soul, and his determination to overcome adversity. ZHITAI aims to bring elements of the game’s visual identity into gaming setups through co-branded hardware and collectible items.
The main product in the ZHITAI × Phantom Blade Zero Collaboration Gift Box is the TiPlus9100 SSD. According to ZHITAI, the drive uses YMTC’s Xtacking 4.0 TLC NAND flash and supports the PCIe 5.0 interface, delivering sequential read speeds of up to 12,000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 10,700 MB/s.
The SSD features a DRAM-less architecture and a single-sided PCB design, making it suitable for a range of systems, including gaming laptops, ultrabooks and desktop PCs. Its high sequential transfer speeds are intended for demanding storage workloads, although actual game loading times will depend on the game, system configuration, and other factors.
The gift box includes five co-branded items: a ZHITAI TiPlus9100 SSD with a custom-themed sleeve, a storage box, a screwdriver, a metal sticker, and a lenticular card. Each item features artwork inspired by Phantom Blade Zero, combining practical PC accessories with collectibles for fans of the game.
ZHITAI describes itself as the game’s designated global memory partner, with the collaboration forming part of its effort to expand its presence among international gamers. The partnership also reflects a growing focus on connecting PC components with popular gaming franchises through themed products.
The ZHITAI × Phantom Blade Zero Collaboration Gift Box is scheduled to arrive soon. However, ZHITAI has not yet confirmed its launch date, pricing, or regional availability. The company says further information will be shared through its official channels.
