Razer has announced three Pokémon-themed gaming headsets to celebrate the franchise’s 30th anniversary, bringing Charizard, Lucario, and Sylveon designs to its gaming audio lineup. Developed in collaboration with The Pokémon Company International, the collection includes two wireless BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed models and a wired Kraken V4 X edition.
The new lineup consists of the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed – Charizard Edition, BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed – Lucario Edition, and Kraken V4 X – Sylveon Edition. Each headset uses the same core hardware as its respective standard model, with character-inspired styling aimed at Pokémon fans who want gaming accessories that reflect their favorite characters.
The Charizard Edition features Razer TriForce 50 mm Gen-2 drivers and HyperSpeed Wireless connectivity. The wireless design is intended to provide low-latency audio for gaming without requiring a cable connection to the system. Its appearance takes inspiration from Charizard, the Fire-type Pokémon known for its orange coloring and dragon-like design.
The Lucario Edition uses the same BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed platform, including the 50 mm Gen-2 drivers and HyperSpeed Wireless technology. Its design draws from Lucario’s blue-and-black color scheme, while the shared hardware means the main difference between the two BlackShark editions is their appearance.
For players who prefer a wired headset, the Kraken V4 X – Sylveon Edition features a pink-and-blue design inspired by the Fairy-type Pokémon. It includes Razer TriForce 40 mm drivers, a retractable HyperClear Cardioid microphone, and Razer Chroma RGB lighting. The microphone can be retracted when it is not needed, while Chroma RGB allows users to customize the headset’s lighting.
The three editions expand Razer’s licensed gaming accessories as Pokémon celebrates its 30th anniversary. Rather than introducing new audio platforms, the collection combines existing headset hardware with character-specific designs. Razer has not provided pricing, regional availability, or release dates in the supplied announcement details.
