Razer Announces New Kuromi Gaming Earbuds and Pompompurin Headset

Razer is adding two new Sanrio-themed gaming products to its lineup, giving fans of Kuromi and Pompompurin new ways to bring the popular characters into their gaming setups. The company has announced the Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed – Kuromi Edition and Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT – Pompompurin Edition, with both products arriving in October.

The Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed – Kuromi Edition is the first Razer gaming earbud release built around Kuromi. The new model uses a black-and-lilac color scheme inspired by the Sanrio character, while the charging case is shaped around Kuromi’s recognizable silhouette. Her skull emblem is also featured on the stem of each earbud.

Under the character-focused design, the earbuds use Razer HyperSpeed Wireless for low-latency audio across multiple platforms. Razer is releasing the Kuromi Edition on October 13 through Razer.com and RazerStore in select countries.

The second release is the Kraken Kitty V2 BT – Pompompurin Edition, which brings Pompompurin’s recognizable ears and beret to Razer’s gaming headset. The new headset joins the existing Pompompurin collection and follows the character’s first-place finish in the 2026 Sanrio Character Ranking.

The Pompompurin headset will be available from October 2 through Razer.com and RazerStore in select countries. Razer is also expanding the availability of its existing Pompompurin products beyond their initial Target-exclusive US launch. The Pompompurin mouse, mouse mat, and keyboard are now available through Razer.com, RazerStore, and select retailers in certain markets.

The two new releases take different approaches to the Sanrio collaboration. Kuromi gets a darker black-and-lilac design with her skull emblem, while Pompompurin gets a more character-focused headset design featuring his signature ears and beret. Both products are aimed at gamers who want their peripherals to match their personal setup and favorite Sanrio characters.
