EPOMAKER Launches HE60 Gaming Keyboard with 16KHz Scanning and 0.005mm Rapid Trigger

EPOMAKER is adding another compact Hall Effect keyboard to its lineup with the new HE60, a 60% tri-mode gaming keyboard built around magnetic switches and high-speed input scanning. Available in black and white, the HE60 combines an 8KHz polling rate, 16KHz full-key scan rate, and 0.005mm Rapid Trigger accuracy in a compact design aimed at gaming users.

The HE60 supports an 8KHz polling rate over USB-C and 2.4GHz wireless, while its 16KHz full-key scan rate is designed to detect key input at a high frequency. The keyboard’s magnetic switch system also allows EPOMAKER to offer adjustable input behavior, including Rapid Trigger and several advanced key functions.

The keyboard supports CB, DKS, MT, TGL, and SOCD, giving users additional ways to configure individual keys and create multiple actions. These functions can be particularly useful in games where different inputs need to be assigned to the same key or where rapid changes between inputs are required.

EPOMAKER ships the HE60 with Cloud Jade magnetic switches, while the PCB supports hot-swapping compatible magnetic switches. The keyboard also comes with original CHERRY high-profile PBT double-shot keycaps.

Under the keycaps, the HE60 uses a tray-mount “hull” structure with an aluminum positioning plate and five layers of damping material. The PCB includes bottom-mounted backlighting, while the textured ABS case keeps the keyboard’s overall design relatively compact.

Wireless use is supported by an 8000mAh battery, alongside USB-C and 2.4GHz connectivity. Bluetooth is also part of the tri-mode setup, giving the HE60 a third connection option for compatible devices.

EPOMAKER has not positioned the HE60 simply as another small mechanical keyboard. Its combination of magnetic switches, high polling and scan rates, configurable input functions, and wireless connectivity puts the focus on gaming performance while keeping the 60% footprint. Pricing and availability will be important factors as the HE60 enters a crowded Hall Effect keyboard market.
