GameSir has announced the GameSir G7 Pro Dragon’s Dogma 2 Edition, a themed version of its multi-platform controller inspired by the fantasy world of Dragon’s Dogma 2. The new edition combines the hardware platform of the G7 Pro with design elements influenced by the RPG’s setting, while maintaining compatibility across Xbox consoles, PC, and Android devices. The GameSir G7 Pro Dragon’s Dogma 2 Edition is priced at $89.99 / £99.99 via the company’s official store. Availability through Amazon is expected at a later date.

The controller uses GameSir’s Mag-Res TMR analog sticks, a hybrid design that merges the responsiveness of traditional potentiometer sticks with the durability benefits typically associated with Hall Effect sensors. The company states this approach is intended to reduce long-term wear issues such as stick drift while maintaining consistent input accuracy.

When connected to a PC via wired or 2.4GHz wireless mode, the controller supports a 1000 Hz polling rate, which allows faster communication between the controller and the system. This can help reduce input delay in supported titles. Hall Effect analog triggers are also included, offering linear input response suited for racing, shooting, and action games. Players can activate Hair Trigger Mode through Micro Switch trigger stops, enabling shorter actuation travel for quicker inputs.

The G7 Pro Dragon’s Dogma 2 Edition features tri-mode connectivity designed for flexible platform support:
- Wired mode for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One
- Wired or 2.4GHz wireless support for PC and Steam
- Bluetooth connectivity for Android devices
A hardware mode switch allows users to quickly change connection types depending on the platform. A detachable cable retainer helps maintain a stable wired connection during gameplay. GameSir includes four programmable macro buttons, consisting of two mini bumpers and two rear-mounted buttons. These can be assigned custom inputs for quicker access to in-game commands.

A built-in gyroscope is supported when used on a PC, enabling motion-based control options where supported by software. Optical Micro Switch ABXY buttons and a mechanical Micro Switch D-pad are designed to provide consistent tactile feedback during gameplay. Four independent rumble motors are integrated into the controller’s grips and triggers, providing vibration feedback based on in-game activity.

The Dragon’s Dogma 2 Edition introduces a themed visual design across its three-part magnetic faceplate system. The faceplates are removable without tools and remain compatible with other G7 series panels, allowing additional customization options. The package includes a Smart Auto Start-Stop charging station paired with a built-in 1200mAh battery. The charging dock also includes storage space for the wireless receiver. A 3.5mm headset jack is supported for wired audio connections.

Users can configure settings through GameSir Nexus 2.0 software, including stick sensitivity curves, gyroscope adjustments, and button remapping. The GameSir G7 Pro Dragon’s Dogma 2 Edition is available now via the GameSir website for $89.99 / £99.99. Retail availability on Amazon is expected later.
