ASUS has expanded its networking lineup with the launch of the TUF Gaming BE9400, a Wi-Fi 7 router designed for high-performance home and gaming networks. The new router delivers tri-band throughput of up to 9400 Mbps and combines advanced features with TUF-certified durability.
The BE9400 is equipped with three 2.5G LAN ports and one 2.5G WAN port, supporting multi-gig wired connections for gaming, streaming, and heavy data usage. It also features ultrawide 320 MHz channels, 4096-QAM modulation, and Multi-Link Operation (MLO) to maximize speed and efficiency across devices. With coverage reaching up to 2,500 square feet, the router is positioned to support data-intensive households and smart home environments.
For gamers, the TUF Gaming BE9400 includes several dedicated enhancements. A specific 2.5G gaming port prioritizes traffic for smoother online gameplay, while Mobile Game Mode enables quick optimization for handheld devices. OpenNAT simplifies port forwarding, ensuring lower latency during online sessions. The router also supports USB 4G/5G mobile tethering, providing a backup internet option when broadband is unavailable.
MLO, one of the key Wi-Fi 7 technologies integrated into the BE9400, allows devices to use the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands simultaneously or alternately.
