Lian Li has officially launched its Multi-Directional Vertical GPU Mounting Bracket, a new accessory designed to enhance flexibility and stability for vertically mounted graphics cards in desktop PC builds. The bracket provides multiple adjustment options, integrated lighting, and full PCIe 5.0 support, making it a practical solution for enthusiasts looking to showcase high-end GPUs.
The mounting bracket features three adjustable height levels, each spaced 10.2 mm apart, offering improved clearance for bottom-mounted intake fans or larger CPU air coolers. At each height position, users can tilt the GPU either forward or backward, allowing airflow optimization or enhanced visibility through a side panel. For visual customization, the bracket also includes integrated addressable RGB lighting, which remains fully functional across all tilt and height settings. The lighting is compatible with major motherboard software for synchronized effects.
A 155 mm PCIe 5.0 riser cable is included, supporting data transfer speeds of up to 32 Gbps to meet the bandwidth requirements of modern high-performance graphics cards. Its 180° to 90° connector design helps simplify cable routing in compact or complex builds. The riser cable also maintains backward compatibility with PCIe 4.0, 3.0, and 2.0, ensuring broad system support.
To provide stability for larger GPUs, the bracket incorporates a support arm that attaches directly to the motherboard standoffs. This arm includes multiple adjustable points, helping to align with different installation heights and reduce GPU sag. The bracket itself can accommodate graphics cards up to four slots thick, offering compatibility with today’s increasingly large and heavy designs.
