XGIMI Introduces MoGo 4 Series: Compact Projectors with Laser Tech and Lifestyle Features

XGIMI has officially launched its latest additions to the portable projector market with the unveiling of the MoGo 4 and MoGo 4 Laser. The new models were revealed at a dedicated launch event in Paris, where attendees were given a closer look at the projectors’ capabilities through hands-on demonstrations and visual installations. The MoGo 4 Series aims to appeal to a wide audience of users who prioritize portability without compromising functionality or style.

The MoGo 4 Series introduces a redesigned approach to portable projectors. Both models are built in a compact, cylindrical form factor roughly the size of a coffee cup, making them easy to carry and store. A notable upgrade from previous versions is the inclusion of a built-in battery, allowing for untethered operation. This design shift aligns with the growing demand for travel-ready entertainment devices suited for casual outdoor gatherings, small apartments, or spontaneous use in any room.

The standard MoGo 4 features 1080p resolution and 450 ISO Lumens of brightness. It can project images up to 120 inches and comes equipped with dual 6W Harman/Kardon speakers for 360-degree sound. The unit also includes automatic keystone correction, a 360° rotating base, and a detachable lanyard for carrying. A set of magnetic color filters allows users to customize the projector’s lighting environment, while gesture controls make switching between modes simple. In Eco Mode, the MoGo 4 delivers up to 2.5 hours of video playback or up to 6 hours of music.

The MoGo 4 Laser raises the bar with triple-laser display technology, delivering 550 ISO Lumens of brightness and covering 110% of the BT.2020 color gamut. It supports a native contrast ratio of 1000:1, which contributes to higher image clarity and depth. The design includes a transparent base, brushed metal accents, and the same suite of gesture-controlled magnetic filters. Playtime remains consistent with the standard model, though users can extend usage by pairing with the PowerBase Stand accessory.

Both models run on Google TV with built-in Netflix support and offer a range of connectivity options, including HDMI (ARC), USB, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wi-Fi 5. This ensures wide compatibility with streaming platforms and peripherals. The projectors can also operate as standalone Bluetooth speakers, with reactive lighting features that sync to music.

Accessories released alongside the MoGo 4 Series include the PowerBase Stand, which magnetically connects to the bottom of the projector and houses a 20,000mAh power bank, effectively doubling video playback time. Also available is a foldable outdoor screen that sets up in under a minute and provides a 70-inch display surface.

The XGIMI MoGo 4 is priced at $499, while the MoGo 4 Laser is available for $799. Bundle packages include the MoGo 4 with PowerBase Stand for $549, and the MoGo 4 Laser with PowerBase Stand and Outdoor Screen for $899. A promotional discount of 10% is available across all models and bundles from June 12 to July 12, 2025, via XGIMI.com and Amazon.

With this launch, XGIMI reinforces its position in the portable projector space by combining advanced imaging technology with user-focused design elements.
