Silicon Power Introduces XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB CUDIMM and UDIMM Modules with Speeds Up to 9200 MT/s

Silicon Power has introduced two new high-performance memory modules under its XPOWER gaming lineup: the XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB CUDIMM and XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB UDIMM. The latest release marks a new step forward for the company as it launches its first-ever Clocked Unbuffered DIMM (CUDIMM), targeting gamers, overclockers, and performance-focused users.

The XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB CUDIMM is available in high-speed configurations ranging from 8200 MT/s to 9200 MT/s. It incorporates a built-in Clock Driver (CKD) to enhance signal integrity and enable more precise timing control. These improvements contribute to greater system stability, particularly during intensive workloads or overclocking scenarios.

Designed with compatibility in mind, the CUDIMM supports Intel’s latest desktop platforms, including Intel Core Ultra desktop processors (Series 2) and Z890 motherboards. This ensures users looking to build or upgrade to the newest generation of systems will have memory that can keep up with demanding performance requirements.

In addition to the CUDIMM variant, Silicon Power has also launched a UDIMM model within the same XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 family. Both modules are built to enhance gaming and multitasking performance. They support Intel XMP 3.0 for easy and reliable overclocking, allowing users to push memory speeds with a single BIOS setting change.

The inclusion of a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) contributes to improved power efficiency and system stability. Meanwhile, On-Die ECC (Error Correcting Code) is integrated to help maintain data integrity during prolonged gaming sessions or high-load processing tasks.

The design of the new memory modules focuses on both aesthetics and functionality. The heat spreader uses a 2 mm-thick aluminium construction, which helps reduce temperatures by more than 10°C under load. The symmetrical, angular design is inspired by esports themes and offers effective airflow for cooling. An RGB light bar is integrated at the top, offering full customization and synchronization across supported RGB ecosystems.

With this launch, Silicon Power expands its XPOWER series with a focus on next-generation performance and thermal design. The new DDR5 modules are aimed at users who need speed, stability, and a visual edge in high-performance systems. The introduction of the CUDIMM format shows the company’s intent to stay competitive in the evolving memory market while addressing the needs of enthusiasts building cutting-edge PCs.
