ACEMAGIC Reveals PS1-Inspired Mini PC and Panther Lake Mini PCs at CES 2026

At CES 2026, ACEMAGIC expanded its portfolio of compact computing devices with a mix of retro-inspired consoles and high-performance mini PCs. Following the earlier announcement of the Retro X5 mini console, which honored the Nintendo Entertainment System, the company unveiled a new prototype drawing its design from the original PlayStation.

The ACEMAGIC PS1-Inspired Mini PC prototype features a modern hardware platform while maintaining a nostalgic appearance. ACEMAGIC has equipped the system with its “Gorgon Point” platform, supporting AMD Ryzen 9 HX 470 processors. Its compact dimensions of 140 × 128 × 40.8 mm make it one of the smallest high-performance systems from the company, and it includes dual DDR5 SO-DIMM memory slots and two M.2 drive bays for storage expansion. The prototype also incorporates Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless modules, along with four USB Type-A ports and two 2.5GbE Ethernet ports, offering flexible connectivity for a variety of tasks beyond gaming.

In addition to the AMD-based console, ACEMAGIC introduced a pair of mini PCs built on Intel’s latest Panther Lake platform. These systems are designed for different performance needs and form factors. The low-profile model measures 147 × 147 × 39 mm and supports a 65W power envelope, while the higher-profile version is 147 × 147 × 81 mm, with a total volume of 1.75 liters and a 120W performance release. Both models feature dual M.2 slots and OCuLink interfaces, providing options for high-speed storage and additional expansion. Each system supports the Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor, allowing compact PCs to handle demanding workloads in a small footprint.

ACEMAGIC’s CES 2026 showcase demonstrates the company’s focus on combining nostalgic design elements with modern hardware capabilities. The ACEMAGIC PS1-Inspired Mini PC and Panther Lake mini PCs illustrate how compact devices can balance aesthetics, connectivity, and performance. While no release dates or pricing details were announced, these devices highlight ACEMAGIC’s continued push into both gaming and small-form-factor computing markets.

This approach suggests that consumers looking for retro-styled consoles or compact high-performance mini PCs may soon have several new options from the company. The combination of AMD and Intel platforms in small, efficient packages reflects a trend toward versatile devices suitable for gaming, media, and general computing in limited spaces.
